Booth Construction
Rough framing of ventilated booth. The wires which are hanging are attached to an outlet ground on the other side of the wall. These will be used to ground the metal panels on each side. Construction is made up of 1"x4" and 1"x6" pine boards.
This picture shows the PVC end caps attached to the wall which will receive the PVC pipe.  Also shown is a washable triple stage furnace filter, which is used for filtration. Below the filter on each wall are rests for the shelf at 36" and 42".
PVC run through the wall on the left and attached to end caps on the right.
Sheet metal is placed on both sides of the filter and are grounded to attract excess powder.
Opening in the top of filtration box to accept the filter element.
Photo showing the insertion of the filter element.  This allows for easy removal of the filter for cleaning. Notice the holes which were drilled on the front of the PVC behind the element only.
